Plinthos Residence

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. We booked the one with the terrace and the view was worth it. There was even an angle where you could see the sea. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk everywhere in Kavala's center. The decor was minimalistic and beautiful, and the amenities provided everything we needed. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the self check-in/check-out process was completely frictionless. The owner had organized everything thoughtfully so we had everything needed. The only downside was that finding a parking spot could be complicated at certain times of the day but it's a small town with narrow streets and it's free parking so it's natural. This was completely overshadowed by the comfort and quality of the accommodation so we would love to go back again. Overall, a fantastic experience! Quick tip: If you are renting the apartment without the terrace, you could still have your morning coffee on the cozy table on the small terrace at the residence's entrance.

The host is very helpful, the house is so clean and minutely decorated and all details have been considered, the location is perfect.

The host was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The whole place made us feel at ease. He was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when he welcomed us. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. The neighbourhood outside the apartment had a lot of life within walking distance. However, it was very quiet when you were in the loft. The apartment was within walking distance of some tourist attractions. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Kavala. We stayed here for the second time. We would definitely come again!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

We were happy being in that lovely apartment. It is immaculately clean, specious and very well equipped with whatever you need. The terrace is a place we especially liked. Special thanks to Alexandros who can't be more supportive host.

The only issue was that we spent only 2 nights there, we wish we had a week.

The apartment was very clean, perfect location, very friendly and supportive host. Communications with Alexandros, (the owner/host), were very easy, no problems at all. When I made the reservation for the apartment, it was 2:00 a.m. and he answered in a couple of minutes. He gave us a lot of information, about the beaches, interesting historical sites, just anything.

I liked everything.
