"Great location but apartment needs lots of TLC."

Location and size.

Maintenance is lacking. The middle and front bathrooms are not good, broken toilet seat shower wouldn’t regulate basin wouldn’t drain mould on ceiling. Nails coming up thru floor boards that we cut our feet on. The floor mat in living room is disgusting and should be thrown away. The couches are very dirty and the bed in main bedroom has dust on top that’s not been vacuumed and a hole that they have tried to stick a random piece of fabric.

The location was excellent. It was easy to find any restaurant for any meal of the day and in a great location for shopping too.

More utensils for eating.

incredible location- right in center of town, everything was close by great double pane windows- kept the noise out even though it was busy and crowded. well stocked with supplies- toiletries, kitchen supplies, utensils, etc air condition washing machine great wi fi staff were very responsive & prompt to my concerns/questions

appliances looked great, but handles fell apart easily, dishwasher rack kept falling off its railing

"Large apartment with plenty of space for families"

There was plenty of room for a family of five. Everything we needed was provided for us along with some coffee. The master bedroom/bath was very nice. There was a market and several pastry shops a few minutes away. Our host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. It was easy to leave our luggage both before and after we stayed so we could enjoy Lisbon on our first and last day. Tram 28 is just down the street, along with the Bica elevator but other options were all downhill closer to the center.

Some showers drained slowly, but that could easily be fixed. The master bedroom TV couldn't connect to wifi but we didn't really use the TV much anyway.
