"Great Location, Wonderful Host, and Family-Friendly Setting"

We had a truly wonderful stay at 4 Laguna Grove. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We had everything we needed—from fresh towels to kitchen essentials—and really appreciated the attention to detail. The complex is secure and peaceful, which gave us such peace of mind. It felt very private, yet open and safe enough for our kids to play freely on the grassy area outside. The braai (grill) was an added bonus, and we enjoyed making meals while taking in the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect—right on the lagoon and close to everything, but still quiet and relaxing. The views are lovely, and the atmosphere is peaceful. Most importantly, the host was absolutely amazing! Heather was incredibly friendly, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Her helpfulness and warmth really made our trip extra special. We’d gladly return and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway in Knysna.

There were a few small things that could be improved. We only had three toilet rolls and two black bags for the entire stay, and the kitchen bin area was quite small. The TV remote didn’t work, so we had to swap the batteries from the DStv remote just to turn the TV on. That said, Heather did let us know we could contact her if we needed anything, and I’m sure if we had mentioned these things at the time, she would have resolved them quickly. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return!

"Superb"

It was the perfect location for easy access to our boat to the wedding at Feather Beds, to the Waterfront and to Thesen Island. There was everything we needed in the apartment which was very clean and well maintained.

The WIFI wasn't great.

We had noisy neighbours at 1am and 4am. But next time we will just bring ear plugs:)
