Lovely apartment. Very clean and well equipped. Location excellent!

Although 2 bedrooms, location of bathroom is awkward as leads off main bedroom, so guests in 2nd bedroom access via main bedroom.

Very central, had everything you need for a couple.

An extra toilet would be a bonus, especially if traveling with another couple. Didn't see a braai, but I'm sure if requested , that could have been arranged.

Very good Wifi and TV 2 of the websites stated that Flow did NOT have Wifi. Very bad advert !!!!

No heater on arrival although the websites stated heating. I had to ask twice for a heater. Very weak fan heater provided. Blanket dirty and I had to ask for it to be replaced. Floor dirty. Only swept and not mopped

"Don’t!"

Paid in full and requested a date change as we were driving from JHB and got delayed on the road. No consideration for the fact that we were unable to reschedule within the next two months, literally asked another owner to accommodate us and pay full price thereof. So never made it - I refused for them to capitalise and rob other people by cancelling the booking. I let our booking stay open due them harassing us non stop asking if we coming or not. The worst part for me - they charge a cleaning fee and choose not even offer that R1000 as they retained all other monies…but we still had to pay for a clean and vacant room.

unaccommodating and frankly - unpleasant.
