Very clean and quiet for family.We really enjoyed with my family

As soon as I completed booking, the owner reached out to me to confirm availability and get to know when I will be arriving. All instructions were clear, from how to get to the apartment to the whereabouts of the keys. The place is easily accessible from the centre, at most 5 minutes, the security at the gate is thorough and the apartment itself is immaculate. Everything worked fine, the rooms are big and comfortable, the host got the WiFi up and running even though we were there for one night only and she was patient enough to explain how everything worked. It's unfortunate that our stay was short, we would have loved to stay longer but there's always a next time. Angeline was easily accessible via phone and she responded to any queries we had patiently. Both the check-in and check-out were smooth and I would recommend the apartment to anyone who's in Nakuru. I wish I could go on but I'll stop there for now. I look forward to my next stay with Chris, Grace and Angeline. Lots of gratitude from my friends and I!

I liked how comfy and quiet the place was. The access to wifi services and the privacy we had in the place.

The fact that the kids had to wait till 2pm for the swimming pool to be opened. The play area also for the kids was on a separate phase of which we didn't even know it was on a different phase until the last day. I think the manager should explain such important things to the clients before they leave. I think the swimming pool should be accessible at any time of the day because our children got to swim only for 2 hours and they didn't even get to play in the play area.

Need to improve communication with security guards about in coming guests.

The place was expectional... A home away from home... The best place to stay with family, very clean, comfy within a nice address of Nakuru

Very helpful host, checked during and after stay if we had all we needed. House is very spacious and has all amenities required for a family or group. Very close to city centre. Quiet location, the building and surroundings
