The location of the apartment was great, close to public transport facilities and right next on the lake. The apartment was clean and has good range of facilities, e.g utensils, cutlery, iron, washing machine etc. There was ample space in the apartment for 5 people. The welcome pack was a nice touch and the interactive website with detailed instructions of the flat was super helpful.

Not enough cleaning facilities for the length stay, this includes toilet roll, dishwasher tablets or dish soap to clean dishes. Getting to the apartment is not luggage friendly because of the amount of stairs- however we understood that's because of the location of the flat.

Location. Very accessible to our venue for my daughter's wedding.

The directions to access the keys and the property were very complex. It would be good if this could be simplified. The access to keys is great having a lockbox but when directions are complex it would be better to have a person greet you on site.
