BmyGuest - Exclusive Downtown Apartment

The apartment does not correspond to the description in the booking. The sofa bed smells disgusting and it was very dirty. There were bugs the size of plums crawling in the bathroom. I had to go to the other end of the city to get the keys of the apartment. That was very inconvenient.

Perfect location to roam around in the center and nearby.. Near all amenities, cafes and restaurants. The bus stop is near too. Comfortable apartment for a couple. Nice and convenient. The staff (Lara) is a nice person and has good communication and is very helpful.

The smell, the flushing, heating rack not working and the washing machine has the lock broken. Hence, you cannot use it. If these issues can be resolved it would be perfect. 👍 My advice is to read all information and terms and conditions beforehand for future disappointment.

I want to say that I am totally disappointed about my apartment. There is a huge list of broken things here. 1) terrible smell of sewage at the entrance to the apartment 2) broken faucet in the shower 3) broken garbage can 4) fungus and mold on the walls 5) leaky bed linen 6) really dirty fan It is my first time ever that I see such bad (in all senses of the word) apartment. I planned this vacation ahead and I see that my relax is ruined because of apartment.

Oven didn’t work AC didn’t work Load dripping sound on last day

The staff was super helpful and easy to work with and the location of the apartment was great. The wifi was fast and stable.

The couch and rugs were stained and looked very dirty as did the floor. The shower didn't drain very well and the bidet hose had a large leak. Also a few of the switches on the wall to raise and lower blinds in the bedroom didn't work.

Not suggested at all. it was a really stinking dirty place. pictures didn’t match with the reality.
