Great location, well furnished.

No TV remote control available. Could not resolve problem by phone or email. Toilet brush needs to be replaced, it is damaged.

The location was excellent and the apartment was very clean and spacious. We both thoroughly enjoyed staying and would stay again!

Nice bright apartment and a great location.

- I requested a baby cot during the booking, then later I sent a reminder to the host before the check-in. When we arrived to the apartment, there was no cot available. I contacted the host and they answered in rude way, this can't be provided as it wasn't listed as an available amenity. - the location is very good, very close to the many attractions, although the apartment is located at the uphill. it was quite difficult to go up and down several times a day with a baby. - the apartment was clean, everything was in order, but there are a lot of dust under the sofabed, and hidden areas.

A lovely, comfortable apartment; light and airy, with a small balcony with rooftop views, as well as a view of the water. Very central; close to the metro, the waterfront, and within walking distance of lots of areas of interest. Comfortable bed; shutters and curtains good for noise and light reduction, good bedroom storage. We would be happy to stay there again.

Communication was confused initially. We hadn’t received access codes to the apartment upon arrival and had to phone Lovely Stay to enquire further. It transpired they had sent an email, in an unseen thread, requesting payment of an additional municipal tax. Codes are not released prior to this. Once this matter was resolved, communication was good. A few more coffee pods would be a welcome gesture.

The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to many tourist sites and buses. Good restaurants nearby and close to public transport. The apartment was also very spacious and loved the balcony.

The lift wasn’t working when we arrived and for next 2 days. The apartment was on level 4 so lugging luggage up 98 steps wasn’t enjoyable. Providing a starter pack of coffee pods and milk for your guests would improve the experience. The towels were thin from many uses and could be replaced. I’ve experienced better quality in similar accommodation.

Roomy, comfortable, good sound proofing

Location was ideal.

Maintenance could have been better. 1 sink did not drain properly. The shower head was in poor condition.

Perfect location only a short 10min walk to the train/metro station and Time Out Market area. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and comfortably accommodated 4 of us. An ideal spot to explore the city from
