Melhor Apartamento que ficamos. Nota 10 em tudo! Show!

Sem nenhum defeito! Toalhas otima qualidade , cama muito boa, arcondicionado muito bom. Geladeira maquina de roupas 10. So usamos forno e microondas.

Gostei de tudo… da localização ( perto de 2 estações de metrô, mercados e farmácias), do apartamento ( muito limpo e amplo, com todas as comodidades necessárias).Os porteiros são super atenciosos

location was OK. Nice apartment

Picking up keys at arrival. Doors were closed and no code or whatsoever. Not possible to reach someone by phone. After shaking at the doors somebody arrived. Please improve this process. Cleaning of bathroom can be improved.

No comfortable sofa. The sofa was only 12” high. I to pile cushions and blankets in order to sit. Also, only 3 dining table chairs. Could not have another couple over for a visit. Also, there was no one at front desk when we had to check out, and no one who answered any of the contact numbers they gave. We were on our way to the airport, but we had to wait a half an hour until somebody arrived at the desk so we could turn in our key.

Location, washer/dryer, security, clean, modern.

The bed was quite firm for our liking. The confirmed airport transfer never arrived and responded 5 hrs after we landed. Flight information was given prior to departure via Whatsapp and we made unanswered phone calls to the number after we were through customs to no avail. We ended up having to hire a local cab.

Pra mim não foi problema, mas para uma pessoa obesa, o box do banheiro é muito pequeno. E não há prateleira para colocar sabonete e shampoo dentro do box do banheiro
