Downtown Boutique Duplex

The apartment was close to many attractions but was not located in a very crowded place. There were enough beds/rooms for a family of 5. Clean and has all that a family needs while traveling.

The elevator was not working but not a show stopper. They could provide better pillows.

The apartment was spacious and great facilities. Comfortable furniture. Great shower and very useful to have 2 bathrooms as we were a group of five adults. It's above a coffee shop and good cafes etc in a very central area!

There is no elevator so expect to climb to floor 4 with your luggage. The small bedroom with single beds has nowhere to store any clothing (a clothes rail would have been useful).

Location was fantastic for exploring Lisbon. Hosts were very communicative and patiently helped me navigate our stay. The space is comfortable and well equipped, great location and easy to access public transport as well. Great stay!

Location on the 4th level is challenging for bringing luggage in/out when lift is out of service, but overall not a big deal

Nothing about the facility was good . This property is a rip off. The heaters never worked . When we called and they came and told us not parts to be replaced so can’t change the aircon heater function . When I request for discount for not matching up to the service they promised , they told me to vacate the property if I am not happy. Very unprofessional

The location was incredible. Definitely worth every single penny considering its prime location. Facilities were generally great and the beds were comfortable. Apartment much more spacious than it appears on the photos. The apartment also appears exactly as per the photos.

The wifi did not work whatsoever. The shower was generally cold, especially if two people are using it at once, which is not ideal during the winter season. Lift does not work.

great location layout of apartment management allowed us to leave our bags at the apartment after checking out and return a few hours later to pick up which was a nice touch

TV didn’t work some of the window blinds were a little frayed and old lift was out of order during our visit. being on the top floor it could be an issue for some people
