Great location, close to the airport.

The doors were too low for a 1.90m person had to crouch to go through them. Floors were dirty, looked that they were last mopped months ago. White socks got black after 30 seconds walking inside the flat.

Location is very convenient. But a good map would help alot.

This property is quite old.

it was inexpensive. and... yeah, that's all.

install ac. redesign bathroom completely. e.g. the toilet stall is 16 inches wide, which is a real problem. the hot water was turned off when we arrived. it took until our second week there to get a second set of keys. the stairs leading up are problematic in the extreme for somebody with any luggage at all. due to lack of ac, it's necessary to leave windows open and very loud fans on all the time, and the place is still entirely uninhabitable from about 10 am until about 10 pm. the kitchen brings back memories of the 1980s. the refrigerator won't make ice. very dusty. lots of bugs, including cockroaches and something unknown that kept biting us during the night for two weeks.

Good location near a metro stop. Bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment had everything we needed. The apartment manager went out of his way to help us.
