Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, ground level. Comfortable bed. Nice shower, good water pressure, plenty of hot water. Kitchen well stocked, large refrigerator. Good air condition unit. Clean enough. Plenty of towels and beach towels. On the malecon.

On the malecon. Ok, yes I also mention this on the like. So, if you like to stay up late and get up early, then you might be fine. Things quiet down (during the week) around 22:30 and the noise starts about 05:30. That said I have stayed at places on the malecon before, but this place has none, zero, sound proofing. It has a thatched roof and the outside walls are paper thin without any insulation, so the sound is literally like being right on the road. There are no dressers so live out of suitcase. Closet is hangers in the bathroom. The couch is an old futon, very uncomfortable for siting. Parking is on street (we had no problems with that), if you want parking in secured area the gate is locked at 17:00.

The views!!! The location!! We were Loreto first-timers & we were blown away. A quiet little boutique hotel at the far end of the Malecon made for a relaxing & enjoyable stay. Check in was easy, the staff made sure we had everything we needed & checked in frequently without being obtrusive. Lovely coffee shop adjacent to the hotel, secure parking area on-site, and laundry available. Overall, we were very pleased.

Here are a couple of very small issues we had, but bear reporting so other guests can be better prepared. #1 The 2-bedroom suite has no doors on bedrooms (however, a privacy curtain for 1 is provided), and the walls do not go to the ceiling, so there is no soundproofing at all. #2 The studio suite bed was too hard for our comfort, but that was easily mitigated by adding 2 sleeping bags we had with us as extra padding.

The location was great to enjoy downtown Loreto as everything was easily walkable.

It was somewhat noisy outside on some nights.
