Наличие большого магазина рядом

Месторасположение, подойдет скорей всего кто на авто, есть стоянка. Кто на общественном транспорте, то далековато от всего. Окраина города.Здание как я понял все под аренду. Напоминает как миниотель или миниобщежитие. Не комфортно, не мое.
