Central heating hours (only during winter): Monday to Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process. The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will take place at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the property. IMPORTANT: This single-family apartment is offered for seasonal rental, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Planning Law (LAU). Guests will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
