No hay facilidad de acceso para sacar la basura

En general era lo que esperaba. Un lugar cómodo y bien equipado, donde poder dormir y estar con mi familia para visitar la ciudad de Madrid.

Estuvimos en el apto 204. La ducha no tiene suficiente pendiente y se queda agua en el plato. Faltaba limpieza en algunos elementos como debajo del sofá y ventanas exteriores. La entrada del parking es un poco estrecha.

The access y very straightforward, just a passcode which is the same for the general door and the apartment. Location is very good (meters away from Tetuán metro station), but at the same time the aprtment is very quiet at night. Evertyhing was very well maintained and comfortable,

For a mid length stay (1 week), some items were missing, for example some washing machine soap, garbage bags. At the fifth day someone came to replace the sheets and I could access the missing items, plus some toiletries refill, but it would be nice that for mid length stays, these are included.

Great location right next to a metro station that helps you reach the city centre in 15 min. Facilities were fine overall, and the self check in and checkout worked perfectly and were ideally suited to a late entry like in our case.

Random noises from the appliances, the outside stairs, etc. throughout the night were rather disturbing. Bedroom was also a little smaller than anticipated and the interior of the wardrobe appeared musty.

Very clean and convenient- i was on a business trip in Madrid and the apartment was just a 10 min walk away. Very quiet in the night as well. The access to the apartment was really easy with a pre-send code and it was easy to find as well - I didnt use the Metro, but the station Tetuan is just around the corner. There is also a LIDL nearby and some nice shops (very lovely place that sells Empanadas!)

C'est un appartement très sympa, très bien placé, au pied d'une station de métro.

Pas grave, Juste un petit manque de bols, de tasses, verres et de chaise
