Amazing 3BD 3BTH with 9 Balconies by Madrid4You Apartments

The apartment is spacious, bright, modern and decorated beautifully! The apartment is in a perfect location within a short walk of many major tourist attractions, bars and restaurants. The communication from Marina was excellent and she was so very helpful with check in and recommendations for things to do. We would highly recommend!

The staff, location, clean property.

The area didn’t feel safe. Lots of police activity and loud interactions with people and cops on the streets right outside.

I liked that the apartment was what we saw online and even better.

The process of collecting the keys could have been better organised. We had to collect the keys at another location because noone was waiting to hand them to us. This was not considerate of guests who were tired from travelling and were looking forward to settling down quickly. Otherwise, everything else was professional handled. I like that our follow-up inquiries after checking-in were always promptly responded to.

The staff was great and did a man excellent job communicating.

The location was not good for a family. After being told by a tour guide that this was the most dangerous area of town, we stepped outside the apartment a day later into the middle of a crime. I did not feel safe with my family in this area. More specific to the apartment, while it was nice to have three bedrooms and bathrooms; the mattress were not comfortable and the for and finish was not great. I would recommend the company but not this specific unit.

Loved the balconies and natural light in all rooms. Very spacious. Location is perfect to walk to all that we needed. Hosts very friendly.
