以價錢來說真的很便宜 一間雙床房+一間雙人床+浴室、客廳、廚房 空間真的很大 冰箱是大台的冰箱

浴室淋浴的地方有一個窗戶是沒有窗簾的 窗戶是毛玻璃，但還是會讓我很在意的洗澡 洗澡熱水轉到底會沒有水 牆壁上有劃一條線 在那個線上的水量是溫的最大水量 要等一陣子才有熱水

Location is great - literally over the road from all of Orfords shopping/dining options! Upstairs got very warm and stuffy, downstairs was freezing - thankfully there were electric blankets and plenty of heaters (is middle of Summer mind you). Good little mix of Dvds - handy as the telstra wifi drops out often.

Very dated design, furniture isnt comfortable (small hard couch/chairs). Booking.com shows wifi, you arent told until check in that there actually isnt any and you will need to use Telstra Free Wifi - which is patchy and slow. The details state it is soundproof, but when laying in bed you can clearly hear the neighbours talking and moving about next door on the upper level. There arent any basic cooking supplies (salt/oil) which isnt a given, but tricky when you get caught out last minute and the cookware isnt non-stick. In saying all this, we did enjoy our stay and would stay again - just would be better prepared.

Hot water plumbing took a while to come on.

There were quite a few spiders in the unit

Very clean. Great communication. Very comfortable beds. Quiet. Close to everything.

Friendly host who had everything you needed in the units

Location was excellent, easy to get into and close to shops and things.

Only issue I had was the door near the kitchen, there was no screen or blind for privacy at night. Felt like someone could easily look in, especially at night time. Felt nervous, especially will a young child.
