Posizionato in una zona tranquilla e poco rumorosa, appartamento con tutti i confort

Alcuni particolari andrebbero curati maggiormente ad esempio la rete del letto singolo era danneggiata e mancavano alcune maniglie nella mobilia

"Terribile, da dimenticare"

Sono deluso, c erano stanze buie anche con le finestre aperte e dove pervadeva un odore sgradevole, sembrava una grotta non arieggiata. I cassonetti dell immondizia di tutto il condominio sono posizionati nel giardino della stanza davanti alla camera da letto, c era un odore nauseabondo, e rumori continui dei vicini che buttavano l immondizia. Ci è stato richiesto di pulire la cucina (giustamente dopo l uso) ma non c era detersivo e spugnetta che invece in altri posti ad orosei abbiamo sempre trovato. Non c erano presine per le pentole e un unico strofinaccio tutto sporco. Il lavandino del bagno era intasato. Per come era strutturata male i vicini entravano liberamente nel nostro giardino, ciò mi infastidisce, potevate mettere un cancelletto o una recinzione?

Salle de bain spacieuse et agréable. Literie confortable. Air conditionné ok

Très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, seulement 4 verres... armoires de travers ... Poubelles pour tous les appartements chez nous ! Vue de la chambre et de la terrasse sur les poubelles ( 5 au total)les gens viennent jeter pendant que vous mangez , super l'odeur ! Par moment pas d'eau chaude, mauvaise foi de la maintenance... piscine dégueulasse !!! Pompe cassée, piscine alimenté en permanence par un tuyau d'eau froide , donc piscine très froide ... il y a même un client qui s'est mis à nettoyer la piscine ... là aussi mauvaise foi !!! De l'eau stagne car la pente est mauvaise ... le personnel est en général très gentil , sauf un d'un certain âge qui se prend pour un cowboy, parle mal à son personne et au clients ! On est allé se plaindre concernant les poubelles, ils ont promis de régler cela mais RIEN ! Jamais venu ... Manque de place de parking ...même la rue n'est pas agréable... Électricité non conforme à côté du frigo !

Quite location, close to village centre, close to local beach

Property was fabulous, good value for money. Kettle will be a big advantage
