Omistaja vaati 5 € käteismaksun ilmastoinnista, päädyttiin maksamaan 4€ koska enempää ei ollut. Ilmastointimaksusta ei ollut mainintaa etukäteen. Asunnon ulkopuolella tuoleilla oli juopuneita ihmisiä (omistajan tuttuja tai muita yöpyjiä), mikä teki olon turvattomaksi.

We spent 1 day on the trip. Very nice staying for visiting Osijek. The bathroom nicely clean, the kitchen fully equipped. Towel to each person.
