Geur in de inkomhal (vuilniszakken die bleven liggen), uitgeschroefde brandalarm, enkele deurklinken die er snel afvielen

Mooi ingericht appartement. Fijne indeling. De ligging van dit appartement is heel goed. Op wandelafstand van het strand, stad, tram,... . Gratis parkeren in de straat. Wij hebben een leuke vakantie gehad.

Ondanks het ' nieuw ogend interieur' waren er jammer genoeg heel wat gebreken. Kapotte klinken, waardoor bepaalde deuren niet meer dicht konden, de thermostaat van de douche kon niet meer geregeld worden(veel te heet om te douchen), afvoer van 1 lavabo stuk, wasmachine werkte niet, vuil servies in de keukenkasten (pan was echt niet meer bruikbaar).

El apartamento estaba bien ubicado

Al llegar encontramos el apartamento sucio, había mucho mugre, la limpieza era desagradable, tuve que limpiar el apartamento cuando llegamos, las escaleras al llegar estaban sucias y mucho mugre. Las sábanas de la cama olían mal

Ylläpito ei ollut laadukasta, mm. Ei WC paperia, rikkinäisiä ovenkahvoja, pesukoneessa märät pyykit.

It was in centrum and everything was nearby. It was modern, acessible and very comfortable.

It was on the third floor with no elevator. If you would come for more than two days and a have a lot of luggage to carry, I would definitely not recommend it. The property was not as clean as expected. We found a very dirty and burned pan, the bathroom door handle was broken and the water of both showers couldn’t get any colder. We think that it was broken, so long showers was also not an option. We also didn’t like that we tried to communicate with the property owner, just in general to warn the owner about all these little things, but never received an answer back.

Very bright and large apartment with nicely separated brdroom upstairs. Large communal table and a balcony. A few minutes' walk from the beach, free parking, hassle-free check-in and check-out.

On the 3rd floor with a very narrow staircase. No problem for us but may be for some other visitors who are not used to it
