Beachloft Duin 52 Familie appartement met zeezicht

Bel appartement, bien conçu, ailleurs dans un autre immeuble et un autre environnement, ce serait le paradis. Un immeuble en construction en face entre autres gâche la vue et à terme va notablement réduire la luminosité.

Environnement décevant. Vue sur un chantier de construction et non pas sur la mer (pub mensongère), bruits de chantier avant 8:00, voisins bruyants, odeurs nauséabondes d’égouts dans l’entrée et cage d’escalier collante de saleté jusqu’aux poignées de porte. Dépôt de poubelles sauvages pendant plusieurs jours devant l’immeuble (avec odeurs dues en partie à la chaleur). Infestation de moustiques venant de la terrasse intérieure. Une partie du matériel de cuisine était cassée, pas bien rangé, sale avec des restes de nourriture sur les couverts. Il y avait un bruit strident récurrent dans la cuisine particulièrement effrayant la nuit. S’agissant peut-être de l’alarme incendie défectueux ? Globalement cette impression d’avoir été floués, ajouté à la mauvaise foi des propriétaires qui mettent en vente l’appartement… Vraiment dommage.

Zeer ruim gevoel in het appartement , proper , aangename en grote douches , maar dat mag ook natuurlijk voor de prijs ;)

1 groot minpunt maar waarschijnlijk iets waar de eigenaars van het appartement zelf niets aan kunnen doen : op het gelijkvloers was er een zeer onaangename geur , afkomstig van één van de appartementen daar . Bij aankomst hielden we toch ons hart vast maar op ons appartement hadden we er gelukkig geen last van.

The location was great. The bedrooms were spacious, making them ideal for kids and family members. The apartment was clean, with a very large living room and kitchen. Parking was free and got it in front of the apartment.

The living room did not have curtains, so there was no privacy—especially in the evenings when we wanted to spend time with family, watch TV, or cook in the kitchen. There were also no lifts in the building, which meant we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs. Additionally, there were many regulations regarding how to dispose of garbage when leaving the apartment. We noticed a lot of rules and instructions provided by the owner on the first day. On Booking.com, the checkout time was listed as 12 PM, but the owner's guide instructed us to check out by 11 AM, which felt unusual to us. There was no sea view from the apartment, and the construction work nearby caused a lot of disturbance.

The location and the property is big enough with a lot furnitures.

It was the worst experience in my 15 years using booking.com services due to non communication or collaboration of the host. And when I checkout Host did not return my deposit until booking intervention. I will definitely not return to this property and do not recommend to anyone cause your deposit might never be refunded.

A great location. Excellent amenities, very nice apartment.

The living room / kitchen is very exposed especially by night as there are no blinds or curtains. Parking wasn't always available near the property especially during the weekend when people visiting the beach parked nearby

Very spacious and well-lit flat. Plenty of space and areas for the whole family, including a covered balcony with sofas. Two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds and space for clothes. Extremely clean. The kitchen was very well equipped, with plenty of cookware, crockery, glasses, utensils, etc. Lovely decoration and very well furnished. Very close to the beach and a tram stop. Lovely sea view. Supermarkets can be reached on foot.

Whilst we enjoyed the natural light in the main room, it did not have any curtains. Sometimes it was difficult to find a place to park the car.
