"Assez déçue"

L'emplacement, la vue sur la mer

N'ayant pas réservé en saison ni durant un wk, le parking à 18e/jour, proposé dans l'annonce, était soi disant complet !! ce qui m'a été annoncé après ma réservation, j'ai donc payé plus de 75e de parking en 2 jours à Ostende !! Dès lors je me pose la question "quand son parking annoncé est-il disponible" ?? Je loue toujours un appartement avec baignoire et dans ce lieu impossible de prendre un bain, le boiler étant réglé pour à peine remplir 10 cm d'eau. Donc pas de bain et douches très rapides sinon vous finissez à l'eau froide, et vu l'état de moisissures sur les carrelages entre la baignoire et le robinet, cette baignoire ne doit pas servir énormément et pour cause...par ces faits j'ai été très déçue de ce lieu.

Die top Lage. Freundliche Vermieterin.

Bei Sturm macht das Fenster ein pfeifendes Geräusch. Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aktuell Baustelle nebenan wofür die Vermieterin nichts kann. Bei gutem Wetter stört es nicht.

The owner gave very good instructions about check in and check out, as well as giving tips about the region. She also checks in halfway through to ask if everything is okay and if there's everything you need. Much appreciated. I was a solo traveller with my dog and was looking for a small place by the sea and I found exactly that. It's simple but you have the best view of our Belgian sea and are close to everything you need (stores, shops, beach, restaurants and cafés,...)

If I have to give one little minus, is that the sofabeds weren't really comfortable. It's fine for a short stay, but can see that this could be an inconvenience for a longer stay.

Mooi uitzicht, zeer proper. Vriendelijke en bereikbare gastvrouw.

Wat kleine probleempjes met het warm water. De zetelbedden zijn wel heel erg oncomfortabel.

"tevreden over ons verblijf maar de voorgaande minpunten laten een indruk na."

een mooi zeezicht. fatsoenlijke tv aanwezig. Gebruiksgemak van het keukeneiland

ventilatie badkamer draaide met veel lawaai. zetelbedden, de matrassen zijn aan vernieuwing toe. doorgelegen. een oven in de keuken lijkt ons handiger dan een combi. (waarvan je op zoek moet tussen een hoopje handleidingen om het apparaat leren te bedienen)

"Genoten van een week aan zee"

Kleine maar gezellige studio op de zeedijk. Zeer verzorgd, alles wat je nodig hebt, was aanwezig. Alsook een wasmachine. Zeer handig als je een week verblijft met 4 personen :) Parking vlak naast het gebouw. Winkels op wandelafstand. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw die ook tussentijds eventjes vroeg of alles nog inorde was!

Super uitzicht. Reeds 3 de maal in deze mooie toffe studio. Alles wat je nodig hebt is voorradig. Aanrader voor een koppel. Hondvriendelijk

Wat meer zon en minder wind. Maar daar kan je niets aan veranderen.
