There are some very serious issues that should not happen in appartement of such high price class. For instance, there was a strange smell in the building. The elevator is outdated and difficult to use. The front plate of the dishwasher was not fixed which was dangerous (it felt twice on the leg of someone of us). The appartement is supposed to be for 6 people but this is exaggerated. The sofa is too small and not comfortable. The chairs are of poor quality (half of the people need to sit on a plain wooden bench). One of the rooms has no window. Overall, the organization that manages the apartment has only one goal: get as much as possible money from people. For instance, normal arrival or leaving times cost extra. The interactions with Huswell where terrible. They bombarded us with messages but nothing really happened. For instance, we lost the key and it took two days before we got a replacement. Despite we had an insurance, we had to pay 100 euro extra for the keys. All in all, this appartement is by no means worth the price they ask for it. The foto’s online are splendid, but for us we felt as trapped. Luckily, we ignored all the issues and enjoyed our holidays. Yet, I share my experiences with this appartement to help making people aware of it if you would consider booking the place.
