Beautiful apartment in the center of Padua with a nice balcony, it weas great for my 7 day stay. It has a small kitchen and a smart TV (with access to Netflix and YouTube) so you can feel almost like home. Very simple check-in procedure and friendly staff.

Noisy neighbors having parties on Friday-Saturday after midnight, and the fact that temperature is limited by law to 19 degrees, which can feel a bit cold (but I knew about this from previous reviews and there are blankets for the night).

location is close to Center. price competitive. overall apartment clean.

no parking at property, so you have to search and pay for parking. so parking fee to be added and considered while booking. bed is a sofa, unfortunately rather short and not top comfort. bathroom had strong smell and black spots on ceiling.

The day I arrived the apartment was dirty, the balcony was filled with dirt and after a closer inspection I realised there were hairs on the bed, between the sheets, and the appartment had a strong odor. I called the people in charge to see if they could change the sheets and they said they could not do anything about it, but that they would send a cleaning person the next day. On the next day they did not send the cleaning person. I complained, they did not answear. I called booking and all they could do was refund me 15 % of the stay for my troubles. For these I had to send the pictures of the dirty aparment. All in all it was a very bad and stressfull experience. I dont recomend this place, and as a usual traveler to Padova I can say that the place and the service is very expensive for what they offer. There are way better Hotels close by with better service and quality for a similar price. You can have a much nicer time in Padova if you go somewhere else.
