Good accesstability to center,, the tramp station in front of the building.

Dirty fridge, the kitchen is poor equipved.

The apartment was close to tram which was a short ride to city centre. The apartment was a good size.

The sofa bed was very squeaky and not very comfortable, the dishes were chipped and there was no dish towel provided. The shower had some rust stains. The apartment would benefit from soundproofing the doorway as street was loud at night.

Parking at the house is very convenient. The apartments are clean and comfortable. For a family with two children, it is quite spacious. Opposite the house there is a café, a pastry shop.

Quick and easy contactless check-in and check-out. Contact with the hosts has been very easy and cordial at all times, which is always appreciated. We were in Padova for a few days to attend a wedding and visit the city. The accommodation exceeded our expectations: Easy private parking in front of the property. Beautiful terrace, very well maintained and full of pretty plants. Modern and spacious apartment, provided with all the necessary utensils. Fully functional kitchen. Flat screen TV, very large and modern. Good internet connection. The location is very good, right in front of the tram stop. Numerous shops and services around (bars, tobacco shop, pharmacies, supermarkets). Very nice area to walk and relax next to the river. Quite close to the center, only a pleasant 20 minute walk or 5 minute tram ride.

The bed was not so comfortable (for a tall guy) and we missed some extra blanket. But overall it was not a big deal.

Location is great, tram station is across the street, and in 5 min you can be in city center 😀 Also there is a bar and a bakery across the street. You can park the car in front of the house. The owner is very helpful.
