Kato Paphos 1BR near Paphos Harbour/Beach/Sea

The apartment was renovated, and the staff kept in contact with us to make sure that we found the place and had a smooth arrival. We appreciated the bottle of water and fruits in the fridge as well. The location is not bad; it is only a few minutes' walk from Paphos Harbour and has nice restaurants.

The building needs to be renovated, too, to give the guests a better first impression and feeling of safety. There were so many cats free in the building's corridor, in front of our door, which made me feel a little uncomfortable as I'm allergic to them and didn't know that before we booked to stay there. Also, the bathroom smelled tremendously bad most of the time. We had to keep the bathroom door closed and spray perfume to be able to use the toilet and shower.

The agency staff were outstandingly helpful , communicating clearly through WhatsApp . There was always plenty of parking space for our rental vehicle. And it was parked for much of the time; most of life's essentials were in easy walking distance

Very nice clean and comfortable Appartement. One of the best I have booked through booking or airbnb. Host also answered our questions very quickly.

Outstanding location. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and groceries. But just enough removed to be quiet and tranquil.

The apartment was located in an older residential building. The other units were in varying stages of repair & construction. Even the main courtyard had construction materials in it. However the apartment itself was beautifully designed and thoroughly modern. Very nice kitchen with full-sized fridge, great bathroom, and - my favorite - a living room wall with floor-to-ceiling glass that opened to the big balcony. Great stuff.
