Fantastic Seaside Family Apartment with Pool

Die Lage des Apartments war sehr gut. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand oder zum Zug der nach Lissabon oder Cascais fährt. In fußläufiger Entfernung befinden sich auch einige Supermärkte, Kinderspielplätze und Bäckereien. Das Apartment ist großzügig geschnitten und man hat vom Wohnzimmer und der Küche einen sehr schönen Meerblick. Es gibt sehr viele Broschüren im Apartment um sich einen Überblick zu verschaffen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, die mit einem Wäschetrockner kombiniert ist. Für Kinder sind sehr viele Bücher und Sandspielsachen vorhanden.

Die Teppiche und auch Kissen sind bereits in die Jahre gekommen und wirken schmuddelig. Die Küche könnte eine etwas umfangreichere Ausstattung an Töpfen und eine Erneuerung der Pfannen benötigen. Die Schlafzimmer gehen alle zu einer 4 spurigen Straße, die sehr laut ist. Schlafen mit geöffnetem Fenster ist kaum möglich, es sei denn man ist sehr geräuschunempfindlich.

Apartamentai erdvūs, parkingas po namu netoli lifto, didelis svetainės langas su balkonu, kuriame deja neteko daug pabūti dėl vėsaus oro ir vėjo kovo pradžioje. Galėjome naudoti šildymą, kuris esant nrsandariems langams labai pagelbėjo. Blogo kvapo gyvenant nesijautė, rekuperacija tualetuose veikia labai stipriai.

Visi langai iš lauko pusės buvo purvini, virtuvėje trūko mažų puodų, vyno taurių, kai kurios lėkštės pažeistos. Nors stalinių lempų ir toršerų pakankamai, buto apšvietimas vidutiniškas, ypač tualetuose, o svetainėje situacija pagerėjo, tik kai perdegus lemputei nusipirkau ir įsukau dvigubai stipresnę.

Renovation going on in the apartment immediately below. Work started early in the morning. Obviously this will not be a long lasting problem.

The apartment is a large size and had everything we needed. There is a balcony and a view of the sea, which was lovely. The pool in the complex is also very nice and has a small playground near it. The place was great for a stay with kids.

It would have been nice for the property to supply some basic toiletries, like hand soap. The location is close to the beach, but to get there it is a 10 minute walk around a busy road, which was a bit stressful with kids.
