The location was ideal and good value for money

A little dated. In need of renovation

The appartement was lovely, just like the photos. Very clean & great balcony with a beautiful view. The owner was very friendly and helpful. When the washing machine and microwave stopped working he came round to sort it out immediately and bought new ones to replace them very promptly. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

There's decent coffee equipment provided and all appliances worked fine. Nice view from balcony covers Cap de Sant Antoni and a strip of sea. Grocery shopping in nearby Lidl and Aldi so pretty decent, incl. reasonable wine selection.

The sofa in the sitting corner is uncomfortable for both sitting or sleeping, kids preferred to take the mattress and sleep on the floor. Bathroom is very cramped and one may get bruises if not carefully moving around.

Good location between the old town and the beach. The facilities in the apartment were very good.

The apartment could do with a little TLC. Nothing major but a lick of paint and some patching.

Very good value for money for visitors on a low budget. Well situated, free parking and lift in the building. Spacious enough for 2 people. Plenty of shops nearby and close to the old centre of town. The flat has most of the useful things you'd expect, including house and bed linen, detergent and shower gel.The owner was very helpful and met us when we arrived despite our flight taking us there at unsociable hours. Communication was excellent.

Generally, the flat could do with some TLC and a bit more comfort, particularly the bathroom. The right side of the bed is broken which causes a lot of noises whenever the sleeper is moving on that side. It's a very noisy flat in the morning as you can hear all the neighbours as well as the road traffic though that's not a real issue if you're an early riser. The coffee machine is stuck on one setting and the toaster doesn't seem to work but we didn't need to use anything else as we ate out. This said, it was just fine for our short stay and the purpose of our visit as we weren't there for a luxurious holiday.

Location was great short walk to beach and plenty of food outlets close by
