我的订单被房东无理取消，一天都没住，房东无理收取了我全部18天的7000多元房费。原因是房东未在约定时间在房屋接待我，仅凭打扫卫生女士的谎报（我只和女儿两人入住房屋，但有几位朋友帮我拿行李进入了房间，放下行李就离开了，而她谎称有6位进住房屋）就断言我违反了规则，不仅取消我的预定，而且不退还全部房费。事实是因女儿航班推迟，我和女儿一天都没入住，房东在我放下行李后查看了房间，完全知晓我们没有任何人入住的事实。女儿两天后到达里斯本，我见到房东，向房东当面说明了真实情况，房东依然无理的不允许我入住，并坚持不退还全部房费。这跟抢钱没什么区别。我联系了平台客服，客服说他们认可我说的事实，但帮不了我，房东说不退就不给退，这是平台的规则，那么房客的利益还有任何保障吗？这个经历使我完全丧失对平台和房东的信任，今后绝对不会再使用这个App来预定房屋，而且会采取法律手段维护我的合法利益。

"Excelente opción para alojarse en Belèm"

La ubicación era perfecta para mis necesidades. El contacto con el anfitrión fue por whatsapp pero muy correcto y fluído. Es fácil aparcar en la zona.

Mejoraría si hubiera ascensor, pero al ser un primer piso tampoco es tan importante.
