Prompt response from hosts, we were able to check-in a bit earlier. Excellent location, walking distance to the old center, commercial plaza nearby. Big room, kitchen with full amenities, and a quiet inner courtyard.

The location is very good, apart for the occasional tram it is very quiet, and it is quite close to the center where you can find a lot of good restaurants and bars.

The cleanliness could be improved and there was no freezer available.

TV was not working

I encountered several issues with this reservation. I booked an overnight stay through the system and received a confirmation. Since the payment policy was "pay upon arrival," my account was not debited at the time. Upon arrival, I could not find any instructions on how to access the rooms at the specified address. I contacted the host, who assured me he had tried to call me, but I did not receive any such calls, and there was no information provided about this. The host also mentioned that he had not received the reservation and advised me to re-book. I did so, but then he told me that all the rooms were already taken and he could not accommodate us. He claimed that this situation had happened before with Booking. As someone who travels frequently, I found this to be a very unpleasant experience, and it was the first time I encountered such issues.

Comfortable Close to Old town

The apartment was perfect, the owners were very kind and discreet. The accommodation is in a very good location, close to everything and the city center and the zoo.
