Excellent location, spacious and comfortable.

Location and outlook are great - easy walk to town and marina . Great view of Marina to look out on from the balcony. Spacious , good beds and showers . Would stay again .

Beautiful modern apartment with a fantastic view of the marina overlooking the boat ramp. An easy walk into town along the marina boardwalk. The owner met us and walked us through the place. They also offer a pickup/drop off to the ferry which was appreciated.

We loved our two night stay in the Boathouse Apartments. The apartment was exeptional, relaxing and very comfortable ... I was ready to move in. It was an easy walk through the marina into town for a coffee and a wander but we were more than happy to enjoy the view from the deck. Great place to enjoy our 40th wedding anniversary. Thank you Fred and Karen, it was very difficult to leave.

A longer stay :)

We loved Picton and staying at the Boathouse Apartments just topped off a magnificent holiday. Our apartment was sensational with a beautiful view over the harbour, all amenities provided for and close to everything. Fred, our host, couldn’t have been more helpful picking us up from the terminal and dropping us back there and ensuring we had everything we needed! Couldn’t recommend the Boathouse Apartments any more highly!

The apartment is absolutely stunning! I would highly recommend to anyone - so beautiful we chose to relax there and just enjoy the space, views and excellent facilities. The Tirohanga trail is literally a few minutes walk from the apartment and although steep the view from the top was amazing!
