El check in necesita la hora exacta para ser recibido por una persona que no está en el alojamiento. Eso complica la llegada y el ingreso. Un poco de humedad en la entrada a los apartamentos, ya en el cuarto todo bien.

The keys can only be collected in person and there is a very narrow window for delivery, which is only in person, so we had to wait 30 minutes outside to collect the keys. The room is inside a building next to other rooms, the entrance is incredibly humid and smells like mould, not really a healthy environment to be in.
