Found parking easily on street around the property

Property need a detailed cleaning and renew some appliances.

I have booked for 3 Person.and it was prepqred for 2. This is not apartment for 4 people. The couch in living room is old and stinks. I have almost fell through it as the bars jumped out.

The place had everything that we needed and the equipment worked. The location was also good, no too far from the city attractions. We had an inconvenience, and the staff at desk were attentive.

Our biggest issue was getting there. We were sent 2 different addresses to pick up the keys before even getting to the apartment, that caused us confusion and a big inconvenience with the taxi that picked us from the airport and was programmed by Booking.com. We had to pay an extra of €15, remind the taxi company constantly to give us a receipt to get our money back, and we had to walk 12mins with luggage (through the very irregular streets of Lisbon) just to get to the place. We arrived 2 hours later due to traffic and negotiations. We also had to pay an extra €60 for a city tax we were not aware of and that was not included in the price when booking. Finally, the place we stayed seemed old and not very cared for. The inside of the building has a strong cigar smell and the elevator sometimes didn't work when calling. The walls inside the apartment were cracked or dirty, some picture frames incomplete or fallen with the nail holes showing, sheets not pristine, the toaster always burned the bread at the lower heat, one of the fans worked but didn't turn, the mechanism of the sofa-bed seemed battered and some of the window blinds even had smashed bugs in them... etc.

The location was good for public transport and also for walking to the city center.

The pictures on the website were deceiving. The furniture was used up, the carpets, sofa, curtains and even the sheets and towels had stains on them. The bathroom was full of mold and there was also some in the kitchen. We had to go pick up the keys from a differenct location - if we hadn't have a car, it would have been pretty inconvenient.

The apartment was fine

The towels had a disgusting smell!

Location, clean, very silent

There are basic thinks that are unacceptable for such price like: external blinds were damaged and didn’t work internal blinds were broken with some hokes, sofa at living room looks like old and not proper, elevator was not working. There was aircon in the bedroom but a old heater at living room, you need to keep the bedroom door open to keep the house warm. Finally I had to fix the bed frame, how it was possible to prepare the bed and do not see there was a problem with it? I’m a little angry because for the value paid we expect much more. If they solve these issues it maybe a very nice place to stay but f not …..
