Chambre confortable, très propre. Décoration originale, ça sort de l’ordinaire. Le petit-déjeuner, servi dans les chambres, est très varié et copieux. Accueil professionnel ( par téléphone après 15h). Rapport qualité/prix correct pour Santorin. Pas loin, en voiture, de l’aéroport et du port.

C’est un peu excentré (mais on peut rejoindre le centre de Pyrgos à pied en 5 minutes). La vue, à partir de notre chambre, était pas mal, sans plus.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is a beautiful complex of suites, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well designed. The bathroom was large, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. One detail that really impressed me was the quality of the linens. They smelled fresh and pleasant without being overpowering, and I loved that they weren't the typical plain white hotel sheets—it felt unique and more welcoming. What stood out most was how practical the room was. There were mirrors, power outlets exactly where you needed them, and plenty of space to place your belongings. These may seem like small details, but they make a huge difference, especially when traveling as a couple. Many hotels overlook these things, yet they add so much to the overall comfort of the stay. The highlight was definitely the huge balcony with the jacuzzi and the beautiful view. We were even lucky enough to enjoy stunning sunsets from there. The breakfast was excellent, generous, and delivered directly to our room, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily, and everything was always spotless. The location in the beautiful village of Pyrgos was another major advantage. It was peaceful and quiet, yet still within walking distance of cafés, restaurants, and mini markets. At the same time, it served as an excellent base for exploring the island. With a car, we could easily reach almost every part of Santorini within a short drive. During our stay, finding parking was also very easy, which made getting around completely stress-free. Finally, the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. A fantastic stay from start to finish. The attention to detail, comfort, location, and hospitality made this one of the most enjoyable stays we've had. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

There was nothing negative that would make us lower our score. I would only mention a few very small details that could make the stay even better. A bit more shade on the balcony would be great, as during the morning hours it was quite difficult to sit outside comfortably. Also, it would be useful to have a few more basic items in the small kitchenette, such as dishwashing liquid, a sponge, and perhaps some cutlery, even disposable ones. That said, whenever we asked for anything, the staff were very happy to provide it. I would also love to see a simple espresso machine in the room, or at least the option to have an espresso-style coffee with breakfast, instead of only filter coffee. Finally, although the breakfast options were excellent, it would be even better if guests could mix and match some of the available choices a little more.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Aegean Blue Suites in Pyrgos, Santorini. Before our trip, we did not realize that Pyrgos is located between Fira and Oia, so it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. While reaching some of Santorini's famous attractions requires a bus change in Fira, Pyrgos itself is a beautiful, peaceful village away from the crowds, which we came to appreciate very much. The suites are charming and beautifully designed in the classic blue-and-white Santorini style. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped with a kettle, glasses, cutlery, tea, and a refrigerator. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and I especially appreciated the black makeup towel provided. This is such a thoughtful detail that I have rarely encountered, even in more luxurious hotels! The bed was very comfortable, and we also enjoyed having our own outdoor area with sun loungers and a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was wonderfully relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff regularly checked that guests followed the jacuzzi guidelines, which helped keep everything well maintained. A special thank you to Athena at reception. She was always welcoming and helped us with taxi arrangements, cruise bookings, and recommendations throughout our stay. It was reassuring to know we could ask for assistance whenever we needed it. Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning, which was a lovely touch. We could choose between the "Healthy" and "Hangover" breakfast options. Both were enjoyable, and I was particularly happy to find chocolate muesli, one of my favorites. Overall, we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and would happily recommend Aegean Blue Suites to travelers looking for a peaceful base in Santorini.

The main thing future guests should be aware of is the location. Pyrgos is a lovely and authentic village, but if you plan to spend most of your time in Oia, there is no direct bus connection, and you will usually need to travel via Fira. This is not a fault of the hotel, but it is useful information when planning your stay. On our departure day, there was some uncertainty regarding the timing of our taxi to the airport. Everything worked out in the end, but the communication left us feeling slightly anxious as we were concerned about arriving at the airport on time.
