- fairly new construction; - the spacious room, properly furnished and equipped; - good air conditioning.

- the location of the resort, in a cramped and somewhat unkempt neighborhood; - the whole city is a bit dusty and, in the neighborhoods, quite dirty and dubious; - lack of parking spaces (cars are left on the sidewalk in front, the inner courtyard being occupied by the owners); - the location looks, in fact, like a combination of a home of the owners and accommodation spaces; - the room was on the ground floor, with direct access from the inner courtyard, giving a feeling of lack of privacy; - the bathroom does not have a separator / shower curtain, so the water effectively spreads throughout the room.

Everything was really clean and new. Great location.

They charged me additional 10 BGN for my dog. Pillows and bed were really uncomfortable.
