We met the host only at the beginning of our stay — he explained everything efficiently, even if he wasn’t the friendliest. The apartment itself is nice, though I would recommend having a larger TV in the living room. The underground parking is very convenient, but the surrounding area doesn’t feel the safest at night. The location is great, within walking distance of the mall and about 20 minutes from the Old Town. Overall, a comfortable and practical place to stay.

Unfortunately the checkin is only until 8pm but the owner has waited for us as we had to arrive later once I offered to pay +20€. I appreciate the flexibility. The apartment was clean and the location is perfect.

Unfortunately the checkin is only until 8pm and I was not aware of it. Its my mistake, I should have read the instructions more carefully. But I think it is a disadvantage in comparisson to a hotel or other apartments. There could be traffic or an accident on the way, in our case it was heavy fog. A code or a key box would be much more comfortable. I asked for a bed sheet and blankets for the couch in the living room. When we arrived, the bed sheet and blankets were covered on the bed in the bedroom, even though this was the first thing I had reqested when I made the reservation - "Please put a blanket etc. for the couch as one person will be sleeping there". And the answer was "you can take it from the bed in the bedroom". After I made my disappointment clear, the couch was prepered. I could have done this myself but covering the bed in the bedroom and telling me to uncover it and put it on the couch...this is not nice. In addition, smiling doesn't cost anything.
