Parking privé et fermé pour la voiture, proximité du centre, architecture de la bâtisse et du studio en particulier, fonctionnalités et équipements.

Assez bruyant avec le pont de la 2x2 voie à 50 m, une route très passante devant les fenêtres, assez humide et froid, pas beaucoup de rangement pour les habits.
