Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, neu und sauber. Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Personal am Empfang war total unfreundlich und kein bisschen hilfsbereit. Ich hatte das Gefühl ich muss mich entschuldigen, dass ich hier übernachten möchte. Keine Erklärung zur Sauna im Zimmer, keine Hilfe bei der Suche nach Tadpunkten. Kein Hallo, kein Tschüss- das unfreundlichste Personal das ich seit langem erlebt habe. Schlechte Stimmung im ganzen Haus.

Vybavení, čistota a místo.

Ač je na místě recepční, musíte si na recepci dělat check-in sám na telefonu, kdybych ho neměl, neubytujete se, i když stojíte s občankou a penězi u recepční. Snídaně tragická, chybělo jídlo a nemohli najít kuchaře, kouřil někde venku… , na místě chtěli 1 tis. Kč v hotovosti na případné poškození vybavení, ale nikdo vám apartmán nepředává a ani nepřebírá, zálohu prý vrátí na účet… jak to dopadne nevím, podivný systém…
