We chose the location because it was very close to the bus and train stations. It was easy to find (visible even from the train). The room was large and comfortable.

On arrival, there was no-one in the building: we had to phone a number posted by the entrance. I had mobile phone roaming so this worked, but my friend, who did not have roaming, would have struggled to reach the hotel staff. The other small point is that payment was required in cash - the hotel messaged that in advance so we were prepared
