The apartment was very cozy and well decorated, with a very modern style.

The 200€ deposit was a little too much in my opinion. However, everything went smooth. One aspect to improve in the kitchen would be fixing the oven and providing olive oil and pepper. As for the clothing washing machine, detergent could also be provided.

Wonderful stay, located near Slovak Paradise and just a 5 minute drive from AquaCity (must go)

Better ply toilet paper would be nice for guests.

My experience with this Host was extremely horrible. First of all, a person is very rude, discriminates people, and absolutely doesn’t know how to control his aggression. Secondly, there are a lot of damaged things in the apartment (for example stove, fridge and bathtub) and it looks like the host is using these damages and the 200-euro deposit as a way to make extra money. After I rated my stay in these apartments as an 8, I received an aggressive and rude reaction from the host. These 8 points were absolutely justified because I found dirty men's underwear in the closet (not the most pleasant sight), the remains of animal excrement were smeared on the floor behind the sofa, it was not possible to contact the host on certain issues (he simply didn't respond), the room was booked for 4 people, but host left 3 sets of bedding. After these rude and discriminated messages (see also attached conversation with the host), telephone terrorism till three a.m. (yes, host phoned me till 3 a.m.!), the rating was reduced to 1 If you are looking for trouble, then you should rent this apartment but if you want to have a good stay then simply avoid this host. In my opinion, such kind of hosts should be removed from the booking.com platform

Don't book this place. the owner took the 200EURO deposit and didn't give it back while he claimed I damaged the apartment, obviously we didn't do it. The opposite, WIFI didn't work good and was cut a day before we left, towels smelled bad and hot water was not available afternoon.
