Very clean and comfortable, everything available, better than expected

The apartment is excellent -a perfect base to explore the Tatras. Easy to get to the town, shops (Tesco is 10 mins away) and the TEZ/train lines. Comfortable and well equipped. Some nice touches like toiletries and condiments in the apartment. It was useful to have a computer to help us plan our hiking routes.

We had some communication issues with trying to arrange check in - a self-check in option could work well. That being said, Marketa went out of her way to help us check in early which we appreciated in the bad weather! A few other small additions in the apartment would be great - a few more light fittings or lamps in the kitchen and living areas would help in the evenings, and some of the plug sockets weren't very accessible so possibly an extension cable or multi-socket would be useful! Finally would be useful to have some information on transport and airport transfers for guests. We spent a long time googling and trying to book a taxi to return to the airport (most websites were in Slovakian and did not have online booking options!). We managed to book a taxi via ABA taxis using the WhatsApp number on their Facebook page in case anyone needs it - highly recommend them (€8 euros to the airport).

Great communication from the host and easy to communicate. Facilities were excellent. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious.

Incredible Bnb, very helpful hosts, beautiful island -theme everywhere, with full kitchen facilities. All the amenities promised were better than expected, and we appreciated the cleanliness as well as the lovely neighborhood which was close to beautiful nature areas of the mountains.
