Всё супер. В номере было всё необходимое. До пляжа 5 минут. По пути есть кафе и супермаркет.

Уютные апартаменты,все необходимое было в наличии(парк.место,постельное,посуда,полотенца,холодильник,плита,электрочайник,фен,интернет,телевизор…).Огромным плюсом хотим отметить чистоту в номере и свежие цветы на столе.Прекрасное расположение:5 минут пешком до моря и множество торговых точек и кафе в округе.

Вода в бойлере была холодной(Мы не разбирались в этом вопросе,уверена,этот минус был бы исправлен.

La pulizia e la gentilezza nell'accoglienza. Il mare è vicino, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Parenzo si può visitare prendendo un trenino

The host was very rude already at our arrival. I notified him at the check-in that I have a bike and he wanted that I put him in the storage to which I wouldn't have permission to enter without him. I still respected that because he told me bike was safe there. After he demanded that I put 5€ for usage of bike storage, something he didn't nofity me at the arrival. I was nearly obligeted to pay, but I didn't receive any receipt for it for seen a price list. Even without that I don't advise booking this apartment, because it is not as it looks on the pictures. It is very small, there are essential kitchen items missing, a lot of ameneties are quite old, bathroom was a bit smelly and wi-fi was extra slow.

Air conditioner was old and inefficient, was very hot and hard to sleep
