Tiszta, minden vadiúj, modern! Az utcán északra kimenve, majd át a forgalmas úton a zebrán gyorsan le lehet jutni a vízpartra, ahol az infinity medence van, amit imádtunk. A kulcsdoboz jól működött. A szállásadóval nem találkoztunk. Bolt pár percre van. Összessègében nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással, csak ajánlani tudjuk!

A korábbi hozzászólásokat tudom én is ismételni, olyan, mintha bármilyen negatív értékelést írnánk, nem foglalkoznak vele. A ház előtti helyek tényleg le vannak osztva, és sok vita van, mert a vendég honnan tudja, ha nincs kiírva? Végülis a kulcsdoboz vonalában van ez a hely. Ez sok beszólás után kiderült. Az előszobában még mindig nincs villany, baleset is volt belőle, mert lépcső is van. A mikrót mi is hiányoltuk! Egy kis pléhbögre jó lett volna legalább. Szúnyoghálók nincsenek. Wcpapírt kell vinni. Mindezeken át tudtunk lendülni, nem voltak meghatározók, nem voltak nagyon zavarók, tudtuk ezeket nélkülözni.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Die Nachbarn die darüber Wohnen sind sehr laut und Rücksichtslos zb. beim schließen der Türen. Die Parksituation sollte besser kommuniziert werden. Wo genau man stehen soll oder darf. Wir wurden sehr unhöflich vom Nachbarn rausgeläutet und zur Schnecke gemacht da wir angeblich auf seinen Platz standen. Ein Schild anzubringen auf dem" Privat" oder ähnliches steht wäre die einfachste Lösung. Aber vielleicht muss der Typ einfach wo seinen Frust ablassen.

Nice, clean and modern apartment, we had almost everything we needed. Walking distance to the nearest beach, also not far from the center ( by car it was 5 min). It has also a terrace, it's a good place to drink a coffee before going to the beach.

The girls missed a hairdryer, otherwise no further problems.

The location is very convenient in a quiet residential area and within walking distance to town and beaches. There's free parking just in front the building. The flat is spotlessly clean, has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, AC in the living room, and a modern shower. There's also a spatious terrace. Nina, the owner, was available for any questions and responded promptly.

Whilst the living/dining/kitchen area is spatious, the rooms are smaller than it appears on the photos. The place is much better suited for a family than a group of 5 friends. The sofa bed in the 2nd bedroom isn't long enough for an adult and has an uncomfortable dip in the middle. The master bedroom has a comfortable bed, but not really big enough for two adults to share. However, we were in Poreč for a dance festival and didn't spend that much time in flat and in general we were very happy with the place.
