Perfektna lokalita, blízko do centra aj na pláž. Milí domáci, parkovanie vo dvore.

We had a truly wonderful holiday here! The host was extremely kind and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The accommodation was clean, well-kept, and very cozy, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare our own meals. Altogether, it created perfect conditions for relaxation and made our stay exceptionally enjoyable. We can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay during their vacation.

Appartment is base floor off house build in 1976, hosted by wonderful lady which live there since building it.My mother spend many time speaking with here. Everything is in great shape, clean, 2 bedrooms with big conformable beds. Close to center and big supermarket is one min walk. Porec is city I like, it does not have shiny new glass hotels, all big hotels are from socialist era situated in trees and green like blend with nature , everything in Porec is old but kept in great condition, no overbuilding but tons off greenery to enjoj and you can walk miles by the coast and never be bored off so much green and sea. Whole Istria is just amazing green place not touched by overbuilding. Reason I always come back to Istria.

Posizione Pulizia Spazi ampi Appartamento accogliente e ben fornito

Posizione perfetta a 15min a piedi dal centro di Parenzo e pochi minuti in macchina da bellissime spiagge. Proprietaria gentile che ci ha fatto trovare dei bellissimi e buonissimi pomodori al nostro arrivo! Appartamento relativamente grande, soprattutto la camera da letto, con tutte le necessità sia in cucina che in camera/bagno, con cambio di asciugamani a metà soggiorno. Piccolo spazio all'aperto per fare colazione/cena. Parcheggio privato molto comodo. Facile comunicazione con VELOX che gestisce la prenotazione.

Il bidet e la doccia non scaricavano bene, sarebbero da controllare. Piastre per la cottura un po' lente a scaldare ma comunque funzionanti. Wifi non funzionante in camera da letto- Non ho altri aspetti negativi degni di nota!

A tulajdonos pár nagyon kedvesek, még ajándék bort és paradicsomot is kaptunk tőlük (saját termény). A ház gyönyörű és kifejezetten jó helyen van. Minden a közelben van: bolt, pékség, strand stb.
