This was modern in a family setting near shops. Sergio was very helpful. Nice walk to old town. I would recommend this for anyone comimg to Porec

There is actually nothing I didn't like about this apartment. Both bedrooms are spacious and have closets and additional bedding should you need it. Living room is comfortable, dining table big enough for the whole family, kitchen is fully equipped. You have everything you need and it's impeccably clean. Free parking in the front yard. Sergio is a perfect host, stays out of your way, but is there if you need him. The beach and old town are 10-15 minutes, and supermarket is 2 minutes away.

Everything was perfect. Helpful and friendly owners. You will feel like at home.

The studio apartment is modern and located in a peaceful neighbourhood away from the crowds. A short walk to the beach.

We were disappointed with the accommodation for a few reasons. Firstly, because the host has no interest in hospitality, just interested in cashing in. There is no house number listed on booking.com so we texted when we were in front of a house that matched the pictures from the website. He walked out and asked if we are staying with him, said he doesn't know what's written on booking.com, didn't seem like he cared either. Dog fee 12 euros per day and they give you nothing for the dog. He told us toilet paper is not included. When we reminded him toilet paper is listed on the amenities on booking.com he said again he doesn't know what's on the listing and he doesn't care either. It's downstairs from the host and his sons family, with small kids running around, thumping and crying, it was far from peaceful. The toilet receives the sewage stench of the entire villa, ghastly. We wished for a quiet and peaceful beach holiday, was deeply disappointed. Would highly recommend to avoid Porec and this accommodation.
