The Italians moved into the room next to us on August 24.During the first night, the Italian couple made a big bang and rumble.As we were very tired from traveling (we traveled all night),we went to knock on the Italians's door (at 22:00) to see if they could be quieter.He said he didn't understand and slammed the door.Then he started banging the chair on the ground on purpose.We smelled a strong cigarette smell from their room.When we wrote to the owners the next day,they wrote back that according to the house rules, they can talk until midnight (they didn't talk, but they made an incredible noise) and that they can smoke on the balcony.The second night, the wife was playing music on the balcony through her cell phone, and when she entered the room,the Italian threw her cell phone from the balcony.He then spat on me and physically assaulted me.The owner came and told us we had to leave within 20 minutes because we were the problematic (he falsely accused us).It was already midnight and he wanted to throw us out on the street despite the fact that we had paid for the entire stay.It was a clear violation of human rights and values.The second condition was that the Italians would go to the hotel and we would pay for it.The third condition was that when the Italians leave, we will pay the difference for the nights they do not spend there.I didn't understand it at all because they had paid for the entire accommodation just like us.We finally decided to leave on our own the next day.When I asked the owner for a refund for the nights not spent, she replied that booking.com wrote to her that she does not have to refund anything.At the same time, payment was made from hand to hand.They even had the audacity to report us on August 25 to booking.com for inappropriate behavior and violation of house rules. If you want to experience real Italian mental and physical violence and real Croatian humiliation, extortion and false accusations, stay here.

Everything was clean and nice. We had violet room and it was bigger then on photos. We spend There 14 days.

Just one thing - in kitchen should be at least salt with pepper and sugar. There were nothing.

There was almost everything you need, from hair dryer, mini dishwasher, WiFi and AC. I liked a hidden terrace in the back. The place is also near the beaches and if you want to walk to the town of Porec, it's a nice evening walk along the coast. I would recommend it to anyone who wants some peace, quite and privacy. Also, it's great to stay here if you don't have a car, just get an Uber from bus station and everywhere else you will be able to walk. There is a Studenac store 10 minutes away by foot. All in all, quite a good experience and a price is realistic comparing to others.

I would maybe add a washing machine or offer that service because if you are staying more than 5 days and swimming every day, you would want to wash your towel, other beach clothes and sheets. Also, the stove was quite hard to cook on, it took some time to get warmer and when it did, it still wasn't hot enough to boil.

Very clean! Had diswasher and AC! Super!

Matress too low for bed. You hurt your feet in the bed frane.
