The owner lives on the property. They are very friendly and well equipped. There is a supermarket next door and the restaurant opposite is friendly, tasty and well stocked.

The location was great, the host welcomed us without any problem, we parked directly in the garden in front of the building. You'll find everything you need in the flat.

We were there in March and it was really cold in the bedroom, but i think you shouldn't have any problem with that during summer time. Also you have to wait about half an hour for some warm water.

Clean, modern, well equiped, pet friendy, good location, by the beach, all services around the corner (restaurants, baceries, shops...)

Missed some trifle in the kitchen but nothing special
