City Garden Apartment

We have had a wonderful 10 night stay in City Garden apartment and would highly recommend it! The apartment has a great location - just on the edge of the old town with restaurants on the doorstep, yet still quiet and peaceful. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and there is a large, well-stocked Spar supermarket 3-4 mins walk away (and conveniently on the way back from the beach) so very easy to get supplies. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and it was spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was great, as the temperature was in the 30s. The balcony is perfect - overlooking other terraces and gardens from the surrounding buildings - just lovely! Zoran was a very friendly and responsive host who was quick to get back to us with any questions we had. Porec is a beautiful place for a holiday - clear blue sea, beautiful old town with lots of restaurants to choose from and plenty of boat trips available and gorgeous sunsets. I definitely recommend booking Zoran’s apartment for a lovely holiday in Porec!

Superfint boende. Rent och fräscht. Perfekt läge i centrum. Trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Snabb på att svara på frågor och behjälplig med taxibokning. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende.

The apartment was bright clean spacious and inviting. It was really lovely to come home after a day out. The parking was conveniently located close by. There were plenty of restaurants cafes and attractions within a short walking distance. We did cook for ourselves and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and had nice sheets.

Das Apartment liegt in guter Lage im 2. Stock. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach, Ofen, Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher). Das Wohnzimmer beinhaltet einen grossen modernen Fernseher und eine gemütliche Couch (besser als in den Bildern dargestellt). Das Bad ist klein aber ausreichend. Die Dusche ist sehr komfortabel. Das Kinderzimmer wurde von uns nicht genutzt aber wirkte gemütlich und hell. Das Schlafzimmer ist kompakt aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Die meisten Räume sind mit Klimaanlage inkl. Heizung ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist gross und hat einen netten Blick über den grünen Innenhof. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Ende April/ Anfang Mai) war er am besten zwischen 16 und 19 Uhr zu nutzen. Der zur Verfügung gestellte Parkplatz ist fussläufig gut erreichbar.

Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind sehr weich/ durchgelegen und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Nachts begegnet man manchmal dem tierischen Mitbewohner (eine friedliche Kakerlake), die sich evtl. einen anderen Wohnort suchen sollte.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment, das in jeder Hinsicht überzeugt hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief äußerst angenehm, schnell und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, zentral gelegen und zugleich sehr ruhig. Ein privater Parkplatz ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.
