Excellent and flexible communication from the owner - thanks for your help! Really beautiful and well located apartment complex with private pools, beach on the lake, gym, spa and games room (for adult and kids). Dedicated parking with security. Pucón city centre just 5 minutes away by car.

Being on the ground floor, the apartment doesn’t get loads of sun light. As of March 2023, carpets in the master bedroom would benefit from a thorough cleaning / replacement. Also, some moisture starting to appear on the wall in one of the corners of the kids bedroom and on silicon joints in the bathrooms. Sinks in both bathrooms were clogged up but that should be easy to address. Certain bath fixtures would also need retightening.
