Sunrise pearl in Attika Riviera apt and Parking

Katerina, the owner is the best! I didn’t feel well and she asked if I needed anything because I was alone. Within 20 minutes she went grocery shopping for me and brought it to me. Also she arranged multiple times a taxi for me. She was the whole time available for me! The apartment is big and comfortable, in a quiet house, there is a lot of daylight, it has a big balcony with sea view, there was everything I needed inside the apartment and it is very close to the beach. I felt very comfortable there.

Where do I start. We loved the personal service from Katerina. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Because we never booked a car she offered to take us places when available; failing that gave us a reputable taxi company and advice to go places. Were met at 2am because of flight delays to help us settle in and then found a chilled bottle of wine and water waiting for us. The kitchen had everything anyone could possibly need and the balcony had a superb view with quality outdoor furniture. All rooms were very clean, spacious and a lovely decor. Car park right outside the property although we never took a car. There are quite a lot of nice beaches around, some very close and more by car or taxi. Rafina is worth a visit and walkable if you are fit, but would advise a taxi to get back to the apartment We used the Sunrise Pearl as a base for a summer break and also to visit Athens, and once again Katerina helped us to find ways of getting there. I would imagine we would go back at some point and would have no hesitation in going back to the same apartment. We feel we have found new friends in Katerina and her husband Mike 🥰

The area does lack a mini market, but would imagine Katerina is on the case!!! There a few not too far away by car or taxi ride.

The apartment was in an amazing area with balcony with an exceptional view at the seaside. The appartment was very clean, with everything you wanted (washing machine, coffee maker, air conditioning, TV with Netflix). I was amazed as I found a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge, homemade (?) marmalade (jam) and a fully functioning kitchen! The bathroom was spacious and the beds quite comfy!! We loved it every minute and we definitely going to book it again in the future.
